Following Jesus was never meant to be complicated. It was meant to be practiced. The 100x Challenge gives you a simple, actionable path to rebuild your life around His words.

THE challenge INCLUDES

The 100x Challenge is a 62-day commitment to train your mind, strengthen your faith, discipline your body and rebuild your life around the words of Jesus. Every part is designed to interrupt drift, confront stagnation, and help you follow Him with intention.

Each day you’ll read one chapter from 100xLife, complete the short assessment, and journal with Jesus so you actually hear His voice and respond to it.

I built the 100x Challenge because I needed a simple path to actually follow Jesus, not just believe in Him. These teachings changed my life, and now I get to walk this out with you.

But you don’t have to do this alone.

You may follow the challenge on your own, or with trained 100xLife Coaches, men and women who have completed the challenge themselves, built habits of obedience, and now guide small groups with encouragement, accountability, and wisdom.

  • Two 45-minute workouts — ideally one outside — to build discipline, strengthen your resolve, and push past the comfort that keeps you stuck.

    (Modifications encouraged when needed.)

    These daily standards anchor your discipline and stabilize your energy so obedience becomes easier.

  • Inside your coach-led group, you’ll check in with one honest win or one real struggle. It’s how you stay accountable, supported, and lifted up by others walking the same road.

    Starting with your morning, reflect in detail on every step of your day, giving thanks to Jesus for each one. Fall asleep doing this.

  • Yes, but don’t skip the challenge.

    If a standard like two workouts a day isn’t realistic, modify it in a way that’s still challenging and sustainable. The goal is to build discipline, not loopholes. Encourage yourself to pick something hard, but doable, and stick with it.

  • You can begin anytime with the self-paced version.

    Coach-led groups run at specific times throughout the year. Join the waitlist to be notified when the next one opens.

  • If you join a coach-led group, you’ll be part of a private community where you can share wins, ask questions, and stay accountable.

    If you’re doing the challenge on your own, you’ll follow the daily structure and teachings independently.

  • Self-paced means you start on your own timeline and go through the challenge at your own pace.

    Coach-led groups follow a shared start date and include additional encouragement, accountability, and community.

  • Both. Whether you are new to faith or have followed Jesus for decades, this challenge meets you where you are and helps you take your next step.

  • The challenge is free. The only cost is purchasing the 100xLife book (and the optional journal), which the entire challenge is built around.

  • Yes. Each day of the challenge follows one word of Jesus from the book. The book is the foundation of the experience.

  • Most people spend about 20–30 minutes a day reading, reflecting, and journaling. The real work happens as you live it out during your day.

  • Don’t quit. Simply pick up where you left off. This challenge is about progress, not perfection.

  • That’s okay. You don’t need to be fit to begin. You just need to be willing to take small, consistent steps.
